Makati Launches “Hop On, Hop Off” Bus Tours to Boost Tourism Circuit: Explore, Engage, Experience!

Makati, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism (DOT), unveiled its inaugural “Hop On, Hop Off” (HOHO) bus tour, spotlighting the city’s heritage sites and lifestyle hotspots. The initiative, chosen as DOT’s pilot for tourism recovery, introduces a modern bus system enhanced by a dedicated mobile app for seamless booking and navigation. Mayor Abby Binay hails the endeavor as a celebration of Makati’s rich history and diverse offerings. Operating Wednesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the tour encompasses eight strategic stops, including Glorietta 2 and Museo ng Makati. Tourists, including Makati residents, can enjoy discounts, fostering local engagement.
